Santa Barbara Face & Body bridges surgical excellence and sophisticated non-surgical medicine — prevention, rejuvenation, restoration, surgery, healing, and maintenance under one roof and one philosophy. That matters because faces and bodies don’t age in categories, and the right answer often sits between them.

Physician-led, always

Both physicians are board-certified with complementary expertise: Dr. Pontius in the face and neck, Dr. Polynice in the body. Consultations are physician consultations — never “injector” appointments — and the person who diagnoses you is the person who treats you.

What we believe

• Diagnosis before procedures. We ask what has changed, and why — not what treatment you’d like today.
• Restraint over persuasion. No urgency, no discounts, no pressure. The plan includes the option of doing nothing yet.
